Fossil Group Adds Two New Executives to Leadership Team
Fossil Group, the Dallas-based global watch company, has made key appointments to its executive team, naming two seasoned professionals with impressive backgrounds in the consumer goods and digital sectors.
Joe Martin has been appointed as Fossil's new Chief Commercial Officer, effective February 12. In this role, Martin will oversee all of Fossil’s revenue-generating activities, driving the brand's commercial strategy and growth. Before joining Fossil, Martin served as Senior Vice President at Adidas, where he successfully led the company’s turnaround efforts in North America. His previous experience also includes a leadership role in sales at 3M.
Alongside Martin, Antonio Carriero has joined Fossil as Chief Digital Information Officer and General Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, effective February 17. Carriero brings a wealth of expertise in the digital space, having previously served as Chief Digital and Information Officer at Salomon (part of Amer Sports). He has also held senior leadership positions in digital at luxury watchmaker Breitling and Swiss conglomerate Richemont.
These leadership changes are part of Fossil’s ongoing efforts to enhance its digital and commercial strategies as it continues to expand its global footprint.
In related news, Fossil announced that it has extended its partnership with Michael Kors, securing a continued agreement to produce Kors-branded watches and jewelry. This move solidifies Fossil's position in the global fashion watch market and highlights its ongoing commitment to high-profile brand collaborations.
