AIDI Online Service Terms

The use of www.aidi.org and all related and auxiliary services and products (collectively referred to as the "Website" or "Site") is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified or updated from time to time without notice, but such changes will be posted on this Website. Every user (as defined herein) must carefully read these terms and conditions before accessing the content of this Website or any affiliated websites. By accessing this Website, the user accepts and agrees to the terms contained herein.

1. General Rules

1.1. The Website is owned and published by the International Intelligent Diamond Association (AIDI). These Terms and Conditions govern the user's continued use of the content, data, and related subscription services offered by AIDI on the Website (collectively referred to as "Services") and, where applicable, the purchase of such Services. The terms of the subscription form (as defined herein) are fully incorporated into and become part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the existing Terms and any subsequent amendments. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, these Terms and Conditions also apply to any free newsletters or communications that users or authorized users (as defined herein) may register for or subscribe to.

1.2. "User" refers to the individual accessing the Website or the entity indicated on the subscription form on behalf of themselves and all authorized users. "Parties" refers to both the user and AIDI collectively, or to either party individually.

1.3. By accessing or using any paid services (as defined herein), the user represents that they have the authority to access and/or use such paid services, and that only authorized individuals within the user’s organization have the right and permission to access the paid services (each individual being an "Authorized User"). Users and each Authorized User agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein.

1.4. Users listed on any of the following lists are prohibited from accessing or otherwise using the Services (including paid services), and must not provide access to paid services to any individual on such lists:

1. the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals List (SDN List),
2. Canada's Consolidated List of Sanctions Targets,
3. the EU's Consolidated List of Persons, Groups, and Entities Subject to EU Financial Sanctions,
4. any other applicable sanctions list,
5. any third party directly or indirectly owned by 50% or more by persons or entities listed from (1) to (4).

2. AIDI Online Content

2.1. Scope of Services:

The Services under these Terms and Conditions include access to www.aidi.org and all related and auxiliary services and products. Some AIDI-provided products and services may not fall within the scope of these Terms and Conditions and may be subject to separate agreements and service terms.

2.2. Usage Restrictions:

The Services and their content are intended for users' personal, internal business, non-commercial, informational, and/or educational use and must not be used for any other purpose, including large-scale distribution (as defined below), unless otherwise stated in the subscription form.

2.3. AIDI Property:

All content and materials available through the Services, including intellectual property rights, remain the property of AIDI unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users must comply with all copyright notices and restrictions.

2.4. Trademarks, Copyrights, and Other Intellectual Property

"AIDI" is a registered trademark of the International Intelligent Diamond Association.

All services provided by AIDI are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1. Paid Services:

These Terms and Conditions apply to any paid digital services provided by AIDI, including online digital subscriptions to www.aidi.org. AIDI reserves the right to modify paid service offerings at any time.

3.2. Subscription Forms:

The subscription form, which includes terms of payment and service description, is incorporated into these Terms.

3.3. Service Changes:

AIDI reserves the right to transition any free service to a paid service at its discretion.

3.4. Payment:

Users agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined in their subscription form.

4. Termination4.1. Termination for Breach:

AIDI reserves the right to terminate access to Services if the user violates these Terms.

5. Access and Availability5.1. User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for obtaining the necessary hardware and internet access to use the Services.
