Carolyn Rafaelian and Theresa Caputo Launch 'Divinely Guided' Jewelry Line with Spiritual Meaning
Theresa Caputo, the vibrant personality known from TLC's Long Island Medium, has teamed up with celebrated jewelry designer Carolyn Rafaelian’s &Livy brand to debut her first jewelry collection, "Divinely Guided." Known for her signature bold style—big hair, statement nails, and sky-high heels—Caputo now channels her distinct energy into meaningful jewelry designed to resonate emotionally and spiritually with fans.
The collection features bangles, expandable chain bracelets, and necklaces adorned with symbolic charms like angel wings, butterflies, and protective shields. Each piece serves as a reminder of love, faith, and the enduring connection to loved ones who have passed.
“I never thought I’d design a jewelry line,” says Caputo. “But when Carolyn approached me, I knew immediately it was meant to be. Jewelry holds special energy and reflects who we are. These pieces help people cherish the memories of those they’ve lost and remain connected.”
Rafaelian, famous for founding Alex and Ani, sees this collaboration as deeply personal and meaningful. After leaving Alex and Ani in 2020, she launched &Livy—named after her third daughter—as a symbol of new beginnings. Rafaelian believes that Caputo’s authenticity and spiritual gifts perfectly align with her vision for creating jewelry that empowers wearers.
“Theresa and I instantly connected—we’re kindred spirits,” says Rafaelian. “Her ability to uplift people spiritually made her the ideal collaborator. This collection will give customers beautiful keepsakes they can cherish forever.”
Pieces in the Divinely Guided collection are priced affordably, ranging from $38 for the "A Little Hello From Heaven" Posy bracelet to $58 for necklaces and stretch bead bracelets featuring angel wings and protective eyes.
&Livy’s jewelry is produced in Rhode Island, where Rafaelian is passionately working to rebuild her jewelry empire and restore the state’s legacy as the "jewelry capital of the world." The entrepreneur hopes one day to reunite her new brand with Alex and Ani, bringing her entire creative journey full circle.
“Alex and Ani was just the beginning,” Rafaelian explains. “&Livy is my next billion-dollar venture, and Theresa has set a high bar as our first collaborator. Her energy is a true blessing, and together we’ve created something truly special.”
With this new jewelry line, Caputo hopes to inspire open conversations about loved ones who have passed. She believes each piece provides comfort and spiritual connection, serving as wearable reminders of life's meaningful moments.
