This year’s VicenzaOro jewelry show, running from September 6-10 in Italy, will address both the global economic transitions impacting the jewelry industry and ongoing renovations at the Vicenza Expo Centre. Matteo Farsura, global manager for jewelry and fashion at Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), highlighted the show’s focus on AI in design, geopolitical challenges, and emerging luxury trends.
VicenzaOro will host over 1,200 companies, with about 60% representing Italian brands and others from 35 countries. Venue updates include the replacement of the original Hall 2 with a new structure, with relocated exhibitors housed in temporary halls. IEG has enhanced navigation tools, including maps, signage, and a mobile app, to improve attendee experience.
A key event, Trendvision’s jewelry trend forecast, will feature two sessions: a discussion on luxury’s future and the unveiling of Trendvision’s Trendbook 2026+. As rising gold prices influence designers, more jewelers are incorporating silver or lower-karat gold for affordability and sustainability.
